I saw you called yesterday (Friday) however as I mentioned I have zero minutes left on my cell phone plan so I am
unable to answer. Please email me the update on the claim situation and hopefully we can continue communication
via e-mail from here on. I am heading back home to Utah to stay with my Dad through this stressful financial time,
so I can call you on his land line sometime this coming week. Otherwise please communicate through e-mail as
much as you can. Thank you again.
