Gave me an initial quote that seemed better than most...then raised my rate after claiming they were unable to read some faxed documentation. After recieving another fax, which I paid a pro. graphic designer to send, they dropped rate to a level that was still higher than the initial quote. My phoned complaints where hung up on twice...in spite of my civil tone. I don't treat phone bank operators like trash because I know most of them just want a job and have no idea how deep their bosses are into the muck. Later, when I had a buyer for my car. I tried to cancel on 4 differant occasions...just to make sure, because they were deducting payments from my checking account. For some reason they renewed my policy anyway and continued to attempt deductions. I had to ask my bank to stop payments and call and threated them with a state insurance board review before evrything was settled. My calculations tell me everything was paid (actually overpaid) and the operator assured me I was balanced at Zero. This morning I finally got notice that my policy is canceled...after nearly 60 days from my first attempt...along with a bill saying I still owe 19 dollars. I honestly think the management of this company should be taken to criminal court. Recommended: No
